- Preparation
1. Wash and rinse all 5 pieces of green chili
2. Cut a slit lengthwise in the middle of green chili, keeping the ends intact and remove the seeds
3. Fill up the gap with minced pork into all of the green chilis
4. Prepare CJ Frying Mix (150g) with water (100ml) and mix into a bi bowl
5. Heat up oil for deep frying
6. Place the stuffed green chilis into the mixed frying mix
7. Cook the green chilis gently into the cooking oil
8. Deep fry until it is brownish
9. Ready to serve
